Gregg L. Headley
Senior Pastor
- Served at Gospel Lighthouse Church since 1983
- Has a heart for missions
- Has traveled and ministered in Central America, Europe, the South Pacific, and the former Soviet Union
- Master of Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri
- Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida
- Involved in pastoral ministry, preaching the Word and relating God's love to people everywhere
- Serves on the boards of Dallas Teen Life Challenge (a national drug rehabilitation program), Dallas Dream Center (an inner-city ministry to children, teens and adults), Commonwealth of Independent States Bible Schools (training center for men and women for roles in the national church), and Mongolian Assemblies of God Bible School (training center for men and women for roles in the national church).
- Pastor Headley and his wife, Joy, have two sons, Adam and Nathan.

 

Joy Headley
Families

- Experienced teacher, writer and speaker
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Elementary Education with a certification in English from Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida
- Has taught and substituted for 20 years in public schools and private Christian schools
- Been a classroom teacher in kindergarten, elementary, special classes, middle school, and high school
- Joy and her husband, Gregg, have two sons who attended Christian schools throughout their student life
- Has edited, written and published Sunday school curriculum and taught seminars at the ACSI conferences and seminars

 

Jay Fleener
Small Groups, Outreach

- Has served at The Lighthouse since March 2002
- A graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry
- He and his wife, Beth, reside in Grand Prairie; they have two girls, Rebeccah and Claire
- Jay has a passion to see people know Jesus.
- Leads many outreaches into the urban areas of Dallas ministering to children and adults, providing for the homeless and meeting spiritual and social needs of the community.
- Leads small group ministry at The Lighthouse dedicated to helping men and women live the authentic Christian life.

 

Oscar Ortiz
Youth, Worship

- Born and raised in Allende, Coahuila, Mexico, moved to the states at the age of 14
- A graduate from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1998
- Has been serving and working with youth for 10 years
- Oscar and his wife, Tara, have been married since February 2004; they live in Grand Prairie, Texas
- Passionate about seeing consistent and lasting change in the living conditions of young people. He believes that in order to make an impact on this generation, the family as a whole must be reached.
- Loves to make students laugh and learn practical ways to grow in the Lord
- Enjoys sharing biblical principles and bringing them to life to help students with their everyday choices
- Believes that worship should be visible in and out of the church. “Worship is a lifestyle of consistent choices we make when the music is gone and the band is not there to back us up, when our only audience is Jesus — that's when our real worship is shown.”
- Assists crusades in Mexico every year by leading worship in Spanish

 

Chris Renwick
Music, Choir

- Graduate of Christ For The Nations in Dallas, Texas
- Has been involved in music and worship ministry for many years
- Had the privilege of singing and ministering in North America and internationally
- Has a heart for worship and a vision for a worshipping choir that ushers in the presence of the Lord and engages the congregation in corporate worship.

 

Jeremy Moss
Media, Young Adults, Worship

- Graduate of Christ For The Nations & the third year School of Worship & Technical Arts in Dallas, Texas
- Has been serving Gospel Lighthouse Church in various areas since 1999.
- He and his wife, Rachel have been married since 2003 and live in Grand Prairie.
- Has a strong desire to see people use their gifts and talents to worship God, spread His Truth and to build up His body of believers.
- Has a passion to disciple today’s young adult generation into a mature, solid relationship with Jesus Christ and engages the congregation in corporate worship.


Dr. Mary Campbell
Founder and Development Director of Lighthouse Christian Academy
- Ph.D in Early Childhood Education and Child Development
- Graduate Chair of Education at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, where she served as Chair of Education since 1993
- Published author with 35 years of experience in the field of education
- Frequent speaker at national and international Christian conferences
- Lifetime member of Gospel Lighthouse Church since the age of four.

 

Mary Ann Sariego
Administrator, Principal of Lighthouse Christian Academy
Director of Lighthouse Learning Center

- Born in Summerdale, Alabama
- Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern University, Lakeland, Florida
- Graduate studies at Oral Roberts University and Southwestern Assemblies of God University
- Certified as Preschool Director, Elementary Education and Secondary Education, Administration
- Has been involved in church ministry and her experience as an educator covers the spectrum of classroom teacher, librarian, principal and administrator
