- Served at Gospel Lighthouse Church since 1983
- Has the heart of a shepherd and is committed to communicating God’s Word in a life-changing and relevant manner
- Has a passion for missions: He has ministered in Asia, Central America, Europe, the South Pacific, and the former Soviet Union
- Serves on the boards of Teen/Life Challenge of Dallas (a national drug rehabilitation program), Dallas Dream Center (an inner-city ministry to children, teens and adults), Moscow Theological Institute (the premier spirit-filled Bible school of Russia), and Mongolian Assemblies of God Bible School (training center for men and women for roles in the national church).

- Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida
- Pastor Headley and his wife, Joy, are blessed with two sons and their families: Adam, Brandi and Karsyn Headley; Nathan, Brooke, Madison, Ethan, and Nolan Headley.

- Has taught and substituted for 20 + years in public schools and private Christian schools
- Been a classroom teacher in kindergarten, elementary, special classes, middle school, and high school
- Joy and her husband, Gregg, have two sons who attended Christian schools throughout their student life and have given them four beautiful grandchildren: Madison, Ethan, Nolan, and Karsyn
- Has edited, written and published Sunday school curriculum and taught seminars at the ACSI conferences and seminars

Jay Fleener

- Has served at The Lighthouse since March 2002
- A graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry
- He and his wife, Beth, reside in Grand Prairie; they have two girls, Rebeccah and Claire
- Jay has a passion to see people know Jesus.
- Leads many outreaches into the urban areas of Dallas ministering to children and adults, providing for the homeless and meeting spiritual and social needs of the community.
- Leads small group ministry at The Lighthouse dedicated to helping men and women live the authentic Christian life.

Oscar Ortiz
Youth, Worship
- Born and raised in Allende, Coahuila, Mexico, moved to the states at the age of 14
- A graduate from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1998
- Has been serving and working with youth for 15 years
- Oscar and his wife, Tara, have been married since February 2004; they have 2 boys: Preston Lemuel and Ian Paxx. They live in Grand Prairie, Texas
- Passionate about seeing consistent and lasting change in the living conditions of young people. He believes that in order to make an impact on this generation, the family as a whole must be reached.
- Loves to make students laugh and learn practical ways to grow in the Lord
- Believes that worship should be visible in and out of the church. “Worship is a lifestyle of consistent choices we make when the music is gone and the band is not there to back us up; when our only audience is Jesus — that's when our real worship is shown.”
- Leads worship in youth camps & Assists crusades in Mexico every year by leading worship in Spanish

- Has a heart for worship and a vision for a worshipping choir that ushers in the presence of the Lord and engages the congregation in corporate worship.

- Has been serving Gospel Lighthouse Church in various areas since 1999.
- He and his wife, Rachel live in Grand Prairie and have one daughter, Katelyn.
- Has a strong desire to see people use their gifts and talents to worship God, spread His Truth and to build up the body of Christ.
- Has a passion to disciple today’s young adult generation into a mature, solid relationship with Jesus Christ while helping them maintain a healthy life-balance through the many transitions during their young adult years.
- Enjoys bringing people into God's presence through worship, media, and the arts.

- Published author with 35 years of experience in the field of education
- Frequent speaker at national and international Christian conferences
- Lifetime member of Gospel Lighthouse Church since the age of four.

Mary Ann Sariego

- Serving as the administrator of Lighthouse Christian Academy, Dallas, Texas since June 2005.
- Holds Bachelor Degrees in Elementary Education form World Evangelism Bible College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Secondary Education with History and Bible Majors and Ministerial and English Minors from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
- Holds a Master's Degree in Christian School Administration from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie.
- Passion lies in ministry to children, parents, and faculty and, of course, the University of Alabama football team. |
